Fresh beets, sweet dark cherries, and watermelon blend together to create a rich and creamy antioxidant-packed smoothie.
  • 1 medium beet, roasted or boiled and peeled
  • ¼ c sweet dark cherries
  • 2 c watermelon chunks
  • ¼ c coconut milk
  • ½ t chia seeds
  • ½ t hemp seeds
  1. Add the coconut milk to a blender, followed by the beet, cherries, and watermelon chunks.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. To serve, top with chia and hemp seeds divided between two glasses.
This smoothie freezes well and can be stored in the fridge over night to thaw for breakfast.
