Maple Cinnamon Latte

- ¼ c pure maple syrup
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk of choice (I use almond)
- 1 shot espresso
- Whisk together the maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Store in a sealed jar until ready to use.
- Heat the milk in a small pot until it begins to simmer or in a heated milk frother.
- Brew the espresso. Whisk one teaspoon of the syrup into the espresso. Pour in the milk and stir.
- Enjoy immediately
